New High-temperature Alloy

This includes various sub product fields such as powder high-temperature alloys, titanium aluminum intermetallic compounds, oxide dispersion strengthened high-temperature alloys, corrosion resistant high-temperature alloys, powder metallurgy, and nanomaterials
① The alloying degree of the third generation powder high-temperature alloy has been improved, which has taken into account the advantages of the previous two generations and achieved higher strength and lower damage. The production process of powder high-temperature alloy is becoming increasingly mature, and in the future, it may be carried out from the following aspects: powder preparation, heat treatment process, computer simulation technology, and dual performance powder disk;
② Titanium aluminum based intermetallic compounds have been developed to the fourth generation, gradually expanding towards the directions of multiple trace elements and large amounts of micro elements. Extensive research has been conducted by the University of Hamburg in Germany, Kyoto University in Japan, and GKSS Center in Germany. Titanium aluminum based intermetallic compounds have now been applied in the fields of shipbuilding, biomedical, and sports goods;
③ Oxide dispersion strengthened high-temperature alloys are a part of powder high-temperature alloys, with nearly 20 types under production and development. They have high high-temperature strength and low stress coefficient, and are widely used in gas turbine heat-resistant and oxidation resistant components, advanced aviation engines, petrochemical reactors, etc;
④ Corrosion resistant high-temperature alloys are mainly used as substitutes for refractory materials and heat-resistant steel, and are applied in the fields of construction and aerospace.
