    1. Chemical composition:

  • Features: It has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in acidic environments, as well as good oxidation and heat resistance.

    2.Hastelloy C22:

  • Composition analysis: Contains approximately 56% nickel (Ni), 22% chromium (Cr), 13% molybdenum (Mo), 3% iron (Fe), 3% molybdenum (Mo), and 2.5% molybdenum (W).
  • Features: Compared with C276, C22 has superior corrosion resistance, excellent corrosion resistance to various acidic and oxidizing media, as well as good oxidation resistance and heat resistance.

    3 Hastelloy X:

  • Composition analysis: Contains approximately 47% nickel (Ni), 22% chromium (Cr), 18.5% tungsten (W), 9% iron (Fe), and 1.5% cobalt (Co).
  • Features: It has excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, suitable for manufacturing parts in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, such as gas turbine blades and combustion chamber components.

    4.Hastelloy B:

  • Composition analysis: Contains approximately 70% nickel (Ni) and 30% rhenium (Re).

    5.Hastelloy B2:

Processing
