Product Introduction

Micro steam turbine refers to the turbine components used in micro steam turbines. A micro steam turbine is a small steam turbine that uses steam as a working medium and is usually used in small power generation systems, heating and cooling equipment, laboratories and teaching purposes.

Similar to traditional steam turbines, micro steam turbines convert the energy of steam into mechanical energy to drive generators or other equipment. However, microturbine turbines are relatively small, with power outputs typically under a few kilowatts.

The design and manufacture of microturbine turbines need to take into account size, weight and efficiency requirements. Due to their small size, turbine blades and structures need to be optimally designed to provide sufficient energy conversion efficiency. In addition, since the operating conditions of microturbines are relatively mild, conventional alloy materials are usually used for turbines and special superalloys are not required.

Microturbine turbine applications include small power generation systems, heating and cooling equipment, laboratory use and teaching experiments, etc. They have the advantages of fast startup, high energy density, low vibration and low noise, and are suitable for some scenarios that require high size, weight and energy efficiency.
