In terms of corrosion resistance, it has excellent corrosion resistance in fluorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and their derivatives; It is more corrosion resistant than copper-based alloy in seawater. For example, ASTM A453 Grade 660 superalloy bolts are American standard nickel-based superalloys. It is Fe-25Ni-15Cr based superalloy, adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron comprehensive strengthening. The alloy has high yield strength and persistent creep strength below 650℃, and has good working plasticity and satisfactory weldability. It is suitable for the manufacture of high-temperature bearing parts of aircraft engines that work below 650 ° C for a long time, such as turbine discs, compressor discs, rotor blades and fasteners, etc., and is also widely used in automotive engines, as well as in space engines and space shuttles.
