High temperature resistance: Turbine blades need to withstand the impact of high-temperature and high-pressure airflow when the engine is working. High-temperature alloys have excellent high-temperature resistance and can maintain structural stability under extreme operating temperatures and are not easy to soften, melt or fail.
High strength and stiffness: Turbine blades need to withstand huge forces from high-speed rotation and high-pressure airflow, and high-temperature alloys have good strength and stiffness, able to maintain shape stability under these extreme working conditions and are not easily deformed or broken.
Anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties: High-temperature alloys can form a dense oxidation protective layer to prevent oxygen in the airflow from causing oxidative corrosion to the blade surface and extend the service life of the blades.
Thermal fatigue resistance: Turbine blades are affected by frequent thermal cycles and thermal expansion during operation, and are prone to thermal fatigue cracks. High-temperature alloys have good thermal fatigue resistance and can maintain stability under high-temperature cyclic loads and extend the service life of blades.
