Hastelloy C-276 UNS N10276, W.Nr.2.4819, NiMo16Cr15W, NC17D

A corrosion-resistant alloy with many excellent properties, it has good resistance to oxidative and moderate reductive corrosion. It is one of the few materials that can resist the corrosion of moist chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions.

 

It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and local corrosion resistance, and has satisfactory corrosion resistance in many chemical process media, including highly corrosive inorganic acid solutions, chlorine gas and various chloride-containing media, dry Chlorine, formic and acetic acids, sea water and brine, etc.
