High Precision Turbine Blades
CNC (Computer digital control) machining technology is the key to manufacturing high-precision turbine blades. Common materials include nickel-based superalloys (such as Inconel 718, Waspaloy, Rene 41), cobalt-based superalloys (such as Haynes 188, L605), and titanium aluminum alloys (such as Ti-6Al-4V), which have excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. Micron precision and surface finish with a five-axis CNC machine combined with high-speed milling and precise cooling lubrication. The entire process, from 3D modeling to programming to multi-axis machining and rigorous quality testing, ensures that each blade meets a high standard, providing a reliable core component for aero engines and industrial gas turbines.
